This Privacy Policy explains how Pigskinz (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and services, including the Ticket Manager, Data Entry, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

  • Account & contact info: name, email, optional phone, and any notes you or your organization add.
  • Ticket data: ticket numbers, organization and weekly team selections/scores, and rankings (imported/exported with your organization’s Access database).
  • Usage data: IP address, browser/user agent, pages viewed, and timestamps (for fraud prevention and troubleshooting).
  • Emails: we send magic-link sign-in emails; logs include recipient and timing (not the contents of your inbox).

2. How we use information

  • Provide and improve the Services (ticket lookup, rankings, user ticket management).
  • Import/export with participating organizations’ Access databases to update weekly results.
  • Authenticate users via email “magic links,” and secure accounts (rate limits, abuse detection).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing

  • With organizations you select: contact/ticket data exported to your participating organization(s) for weekly scoring.
  • Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security vendors under contract.
  • Legal & safety: to comply with law or prevent harm/fraud.
  • No selling: we do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & similar tech

We use essential cookies for session management (e.g., staying signed in). We may use optional analytics cookies to understand usage trends.

5. Data retention

Ticket data is typically reset each season during new-year imports. We retain account and contact data as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. You can request deletion (see “Your choices”).

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data (HTTPS, access controls, rate limiting). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to remove it.

8. Your choices & rights

  • Access/Update: view or update account details in “My Tickets” or contact us.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your account/contact info by emailing support@pigskinz.com.
  • Communications: magic-link emails are transactional; you may opt out of non-essential messages.

9. International users

Our systems are hosted in the United States; data may be processed there and subject to U.S. laws.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, when required, provide additional notice.
